"मगर जातिलाई चुनौति"

                                                                                                               महेश थापा मगर   परापूर्वकालदेखि नै नेपाल भुमिमा बसोबास गर्दै आएका आदिवासी जनजातिहरुमध्य मगर जाति पनि एक हो । वि.सं. २०५८ सालको जनगणनाको आधारमा मगरको जनसङ्ख्या १६,२२,४२१ रहेको छ । नेपालको कुल जनसङ्ख्याको आधारमा मुलककै तेस्रो ठूलो र आदिवासी जनजातीमा सबैभन्दा धेरै जनसङ्ख्या भएको जाति मगर हो । यस्तो सुन्दा आफुलाई मगर भएको गर्व लाग्छ । तर दुर्भाग्यवस राज्यको शासन व्यवस्था र निजामति कर्मचारी लगायत मुलकको सरकारी तथा गैरसरकारी निकायमा मगरको उपस्थिति निकै कम रहेको छ । यस बाहेक गाउँस्तरका र उपल्ला स्तरका शैक्षिक संस्थामा पनि मगरको बाहुल्यता न्यून देखिन्छ । प्राविधिक तथा अप्राविधिक शिक्षा लिनको लागि वर्तमान अवस्थामा मगर धेरै पछाडी परेको छ । जनगणना २०५८ अनुसार मगर जातिको साक्षरता दर राष्ट्रिय दर सरह (५०.२०%) देखाइएको छ । अन्य कतिपय जनजातिय समुदायमा जस्तो छोरीलाई स्कूल नपठाउने अवस्था मगर समुदायमा खासै नरहे पनि सामान्य साक्षर बनाउने भन्दा बढी पढाउने सवालमा भने लैङ्गिक विभेदको स्थिति केही

Wireless power transfer ( WPT ) or  wireless energy transmission  is the transmission of  electrical energy  from a power source to an  electrical load , such as an  electrical power grid  or a consuming device, without the use of discrete man-made conductors. Wireless power is a generic term that refers to a number of different power transmission technologies that use time-varying  electric , magnetic , or  electromagnetic fields . In wireless power transfer, a wireless transmitter connected to a power source conveys the field energy across an intervening space to one or more receivers, where it is converted back to an electrical current and then utilized. Wireless transmission is useful to power electrical devices in cases where interconnecting  wires  are inconvenient, hazardous, or are not possible. UMTS (Universal Mobile Telecommunications System)

UMTS (Universal Mobile Telecommunications System) is a so-called "third-generation (3G)," broadband  ,  packet  -based transmission of text, digitized voice, video, and multimedia at data rates up to and possibly higher than 2 megabits per second (  Mbps  ), offering a consistent set of services to mobile computer and phone users no matter where they are located in the world. Based on the Global System for Mobile (  GSM  ) communication standard, UMTS, endorsed by major standards bodies and manufacturers, is the planned standard for mobile users around the world by 2002. Once UMTS is fully implemented, computer and phone users can be constantly attached to the Internet as they travel and, as they  roaming service  , have the same set of capabilities no matter where they travel to.
