Rome wasn't built in a day. The extremely advanced 21st century is the outcome of not only the superb brain of human beings but also their unfathomable dedication, indomitable courage, inquisitiveness and, last but not the least, strong desire to progress. In every field there is the co-existence of darkness and brightness. Instead of cursing the darkness, if a lamp is lighted it opens up the possibility of lighting other millions of lamps which can, eventually, penetrate in to the darkness with brightness. Though AEBHS was established in a particular year, on a particular day, it has seen many springs and autumns. Its present well developed form is the result of continuous tireless effort, co-ordination, positive vision , far slightness, effective human resource management of its leaders, labour, honesty, sincerity and potentiality of its workers and co-operation of different sectors of the society.

When it was conceived by Mr. Khem Nath Niraula it was simply a seed which needed a fertile ground and suitable conditions for germination. Some social workers of Tamghas and other people who knew the importance of education created these conditions. Though it was a tiny seed, there was the potentiality of a huge and renowned academic centre of the region, in its shape. By this I don't mean that the school throve well immediately. It didn't immediately come off with flying colours. It was simply a foundation. A small number of students were admitted to the school. The school was running with limited resources. It had the challenges to cater to the public need and taste, to impart quality education in true sense of the term and to prove its accountability and significance. In the midst of many challenges it was simply surviving. Because of the lack of efficient man power and may be because of the lack of resources and many other compulsions the equality of education was simply so. But we can't help remembering Mr. Niraula's contribution of his strong determination to struggle in the midst of many problems. His worked is indeed great.

The names of Mr. Paul Pradhan, Mr. Lal Bahadur Thapa, Mr. Chhabi Kherel , Mr. OmPrakash Choube, Late Sumsher Bhandari, Mr. J.S. Raj, Mr. Hem Raj Marasini, Mr.Gobinda Khanal, Mrs. Anju Niraula are worth mentioning here. The school was reinvigorated by Mr. Paul Pradhan who was an efficient, knowledgeable and intelligent person with a great caliber. He gave a new strength to the school. He tried to enclose every thing within a system. We can never turn this contribution aside.

In 2050 itself some of the leading luminaries of gulmi district in the field of education Mr.Sashi Panthi, Mr. Dina Panthi, Mr. Dan Bahadur K.c and a famous businessman and social worker Mr. Dilli Raj Bhusal got hold of the school and its rein went to the hands of Mr. Dan Bahadur K.C.(The first Principal) In fact the school got a new life, an new hope a new vigour, a new zeal, a new enthusiasm and a new dimension under the successful leadership of Mr. Dar Bahadur K.C. His popularity , his indomitable will power and determination his experience in the field of education, his multidimensional personality and his high administrative skills contributed a lot to the development of the school. The school was shifted form a rented hut to its own concrete building and the students and their guardians heaved a sigh of relief. A strong system has been set in the school where 'rule' speaks not 'the person'. Apart form imparting quality education different other activities are conducted here to enhance the overall development of the students. Well equipped science lab, computer lab and a rich library are its wonderful assets. Different departments, sections and committees independently shoulder their responsibilities of the betterment of the institution and for the betterment of the students as well. The school has continuously endeavored to educate the students intellectually, psychologically, socially, emotionally, morally and spiritually. With different types of activities it has always tried to make its products physically fit, mentally alert and emotionally stable. To consolidate the system and to strengthen the institution the contribution of the lecturers and ex-vice principal of A.E.B.H.S. Mr. J.S.Raj can hardly be exaggerated.
